Before you start using the weasy.io service, please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. To subscribe to the service, you must agree and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy associated with the Weasy.io service. 

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of the weasy.io platform sold by Weasy - Web Made Easy, Lda, with headquarters at Edifício Jardim, Praça Doutor Eduardo de Freitas - 4615-515 LIXA, with NIPC 514 509 783, further on in this document called Weasy. By using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The user of the platform is hereinafter referred to as the Client.

Description of the Service

WEASY is the company that provides the weasy.io platform that allows the client to create an institutional or e-commerce website by subscribing to a SaaS (software as a service) plan. The service is free for 14 days of the trial period, after this period the client will have to subscribe to one of the paid plans or opt for the free plan (if any). The subscription can be monthly or annual and will be charged to the customer according to the plan and period chosen. The institutional or e-commerce sites created on the platform only work on the weasy platform and under no circumstances may they be transferred to an external hosting. Weasy reserves the right to cancel any account with missing payments, or for failure to comply with the rules set by Weasy.

Access and registration

The client of this service guarantees that he is of legal age (18 years or older) and guarantees that all data provided to Weasy is true and complete and, where necessary, should update the initial data. Weasy reserves the right to cancel the service, at any time and without notice, if it detects irregularities in the information provided by the client. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Weasy account and responsible for all activity that takes place within Weasy. 

When using the weasy.io platform

Weasy does not guarantee that the service is free from errors and non-conformities. The weasy.io platform was developed to be integrated into third-party platforms and systems such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo and much more, being subject to their Policies and Conditions. Weasy is not responsible for any changes that occur in these Policies and Conditions that influence the proper functioning of the weasy.io platform and the client's website. Weasy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses resulting from the unavailability of the weasy.io platform service and the client's website. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with all legal and tax requirements with the authorities of each country where the customer trades. Weasy can in no case be held responsible for failures, defaults, fines or claims for damages of any kind that are charged to the client.

Free Plans

The weasy.io platform occasionally creates free plans or products. Such plans may be cancelled at any time without notice. All free plans may be limited in functionality and are valid for at least 6 months from the subscription date. 

Contents and legal requirements

All content (products, text, images, videos, etc.) included on the client's website are the sole responsibility of the client and Weasy can in no case be held liable for damages caused to third parties by misuse of any type of content. Weasy may cancel or remove a client's service, at any time and without notice, if Weasy considers that the content appears illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene or promotes aggression to any individual, group, animal or that violates privacy, copyright, patent rights or commercial rights. It is the responsibility of the Weasy customer to ensure appropriate privacy policies, data protection (cookies) and to ensure good practice and all legal procedures necessary to use this service. 

Intellectual property

The term weasy.io cannot be used in any situation that could be confused with another page that is not owned by Weasy. It is expressly prohibited to use the terms (weasy or weasy.io) in a name of a website or online store that has been created on the weasy.io platform.

Sales and Orders

The entire process of ordering and selling is the responsibility of the customer of the service and there is no interference from Weasy.Weasy does not check the products that are promoted for sale in the online store(s) of the customer of this service. The placement of products is done automatically without any validation by Weasy.The client of this service expressly accepts that in no event will Weasy be called upon to settle, directly or indirectly, any matters arising from the contractual relationship between the client (weasy.io platform user) and its own clients, namely the provision of any service or supply of products, in their nature, opportunity, quality and price. 

Available payment methods

All Weasy.io plans can be paid by MB, credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. If the customer intends to use the online payments in your online store, you must request and contract your own MB, Paypal account, credit card account or other means of payment with the entities indicated by weasy.io in your backoffice, being the sole responsibility of the Customer the use and management of this same contract.

Refund Policy

Weasy does not refund payments made for subscription to monthly, annual or other plans. Weasy, allows the possibility to cancel a plan at any time, simply by not renewing the plan when it occurs. The lack of payment of a subscribed plan, during the renewal period, determines the cancellation of the account, leaving the client without an active website and other services. After 30 days of cancellation, all contents of the Client's website will be automatically deleted, this operation is irreversible and does not entitle the client to the data, documents and images stored on the platform. 

Domain Transfer

Weasy.io domains of responsibility can be transferred to whoever the client indicates, with a cost of 25 euros + VAT per domain.

Themes

When subscribing to the service you can choose the theme you want for your site. The theme provided by Weasy can be used by any other customer. There is no exclusivity in the themes available on Weasy site. The customer may not use the themes provided by Weasy for other services that are not properly licensed by Weasy. In any theme, there is the possibility to customize them. All themes, regardless of modification or not, must contain in the footer of the site a mention of the platform, usually a link to the Weasy homepage http://weasy.io. 

Use of images

All the images used in the themes by Weasy are protected by copyright and were purchased for internal use and for demonstrations of the weasy.io platform. The client cannot use the images present in the themes. If you want an image like `used by Weasy, the client can acquire the rights of it in the image banks available. Alternatively you can use free images from the image banks that we indicate on the platform. The use of the images on the client's site are the sole responsibility of the client. 

Support

All weasy.io plans include support through the help center for placement and clarification of questions. Paid plans include email support (support@weasy.io) and access to chat available on weasy.io. Weasy reserves the right to only provide telephone assistance on special plans that have this type of assistance covered and are not in the trial period. 

Backups

Although there are monitoring services and backups, these may be the target of failures, because they are automated processes. The client can not claim any compensation for damages caused by the loss of information, changed data, stolen data, among others in relation to the service provided. 

Change of Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of Service may be updated by Weasy without notice. You should check them regularly to stay informed. Use this service only if you agree to Weasy's Terms and Conditions. 

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute with Weasy, the client may resort to a Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (ADR). For more information, consult the Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.pt.
