The hourly design service has the following timings:

- 1 to 3 working hours: delivery time of 3 working days;
- 4 to 9 working hours: delivery time of 7 working days;
- 10 to 15 working hours: delivery time 15 working days.

The team allocated to your work will send you an email with the quote and delivery times.

All communication about requirements, changes and corrections must be made, preferably, by email.

When requesting the Weasydesign service, try to give us as much detail as you can: send screenshots, links with references, a document with everything detailed... This way we can speed up the process!

Note: it is important to note that we cannot make corrections or adjustments to design or components that have custom code created or inserted by the customer.

Of course! We are always open to listening to the customer before and during the process. Our goal is for you to have a functional website adapted to your vision. During the process, you can contact us by email or telephone. However, our designers will send you the advances that are being made so that you can be up to date with what is being developed.

We will send you the files as needed. If they are digital files (such as banners and social media covers) we will send them in JPG, PNG or WEBP. If they are files for printing, we will send the files in PDF.
